Chris is the technology
backbone of Turn2Partners; a critical hire that put Turn2 firmly on the map. Tynan is recognized throughout the marketplace for his tenacity. He services his clients with the same fever pace and intensity that’s a hallmark of the industry. He’s equally at home building scrappy start-ups in emerging markets as he is tackling the impossible searches of bel-weather tech firms prominent to the DMV landscape. A life of hard work and hard fun came to a screeching halt two years ago with the birth of his daughter, Quinn. Now he just works hard and has fun watching Quinn do her thing. He and his wife, Chrisie, have never been happier.

Adam has been building
technical recruiting teams, ranging from start-up to fortune 500, for close to ten years now. He loves to learn and share stories from companies that empower their engineers, and takes pride in his vast knowledge of the local DC tech market. Adam’s belief in an honest and inquisitive approach to recruiting gives him a unique insight into what piques the interest of the elusive passive candidate. In his down time, Adam enjoys a good piano jam and possesses a greater passion for Spaghettios than any grown man has a right to.

Erin has a history
of “making it personal” long before joining Turn2Partners. Her time spent in the Hospitality industry was filled with meaningful relationships with guests, and that love for connecting with people led her to move into recruiting. Now a dedicated technical recruiter, Erin can tell you more about the different versions of SQL than she ever thought possible. When she’s not brushing up on new technologies, you can find her cheering on her favorite teams; especially the Fighting Irish. And while Erin isn’t the only Turn2 employee who shouts at the TV when spring comes around, she just might be the only one rooting for the Dodgers.
