Erin Gibbons is a lifelong learner. After graduating from JMU, she dove headfirst into accounting, excited to learn more about the profession and what she could do in the business. She quickly realized that her curiosity, outgoing personality, and skills were not best suited for spreadsheets and balancing books. She was looking for something more to engage her accounting background, as well as her people-first personality. That’s where Turn2Partners came in. With her baseline of technical Finance and Accounting lingo and her passion for people, Erin decided that she would apply her skills as a recruiter and hasn’t looked back since.
As a recruiter, Erin loves the fact that no two days are the same. One day she can be working with a client trying to find a hyper-specific placement, and another she can be working with a candidate working with multiple openings to fit their specific skills. Her previous experience in accounting and the industry gives Erin unique insight that she leverages each day. Erin loves working with people and seeing her effort and skills make a tangible difference.
