Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing methods such as online job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to identify and attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
2. Account Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand client hiring needs, organizational culture, and specific job requirements. Maintain regular communication to provide updates on candidate pipelines, feedback, and recruitment progress.
3. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse candidate pool. In coordination with the Team Manager, regularly evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Candidate Engagement and Experience: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance, support, and timely communication from candidate identification to placement. Serve as a brand ambassador for candidates, promoting a positive recruitment experience.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 or more years of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales environment.
• Proven track record of success in sourcing and recruiting candidates across various industries and functional areas.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms for sourcing and candidate engagement.
